of the firm is the responsibility for management of
personnel, administration of the finances and
development of new business for the firm.
As Principal Engineer of the firm, Young prepares
process designs, preliminary site layouts, establishes
design criteria, directs preparation of drawings and
specifications for larger projects, reviews and checks
applications, calculations and contract documents.
